One of the best farmer's markets out there
Ithaca has a fatastic farmer's market. During the summer it is chock full of fatastic goodies to eat- organic produce, home made ice cream, baked goods, ethnic foods, and more. Year round there are purveyors of crafts- buy a beautiful bread board, find your perfect coffee cup from a potter, have someone paint a fatastic table for your living room.
The setting is lovely- it is on the lake, so you can take your fresh squeezed limade to drink by the water's edge.
Listen to the live music and watch the children frolic.
