Tasty, affordable & local
The Juice Bar Collective is one of those rare gems in the North Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto - it's a tiny place, hidden around a corner and you wouldn't know to look at it that it offers some of the yummiest, most affordable and healthiest treats around. It's not just about juice - they have lots of food and plenty of veg/vegan options so check it out!

Quick organic lunch at a great price!
This is just a cool Berkeley co-op lunch shop. They make killer lasagne, pizza, quiche, cookies, soups, salads, and more. They always feature a few organic juices and smoothies, and you meet the greatest people while waiting in line (which moves very fast, so don't be discouraged if there are a few people in front of you!). I strongly recommend the brown rice bowl with broccoli and Thai peanut sauce. Enjoy!
