GREAT Idea, but Company needs some work

I really loved the idea and jumped on the 'living' Christmas tree option. Found this company and ordered my tree online around Dec. 5th. Picked the option to have it delivered the next week. Never got a confirmation email for my order and because they have a large delivery window, gave them a few days to contact me. Never got the contact, so I tried to contact them to make sure they received my order and that my tree would be delivered that week. It was really hard to find contact information (never found a phone number), but once I emailed them, they did email me back. They were very friendly and responsive at that point, but kept making promises they didn't keep. Told me it would be delivered on the 11th, and that they would email me a time first thing in the morning. Never got that email. Waited around for a few hours just in case. They didn't come. I had to contact them AGAIN to get a time. They finally told me between 3-5, but they didn't make that time either. I had to let them deliver the tree to my doorstep, instead of inside because I just couldn't wait around anymore.

Overall, I like the idea and the tree is really cute and fresh. Very natural, which I actually like. Not too perfect. The pot is good for putting presents under the tree because it gives you more room. If you are VERY patient, I'm sure the non-contact and delivery problems wouldn't bother you. But, I didn't like waiting and waiting without feeling like they would really do anything. I think this is their first season and they are working out the kinks. Hopefully by next year it will be much more smooth. It is fairly expensive, but worth it for the delivery and pick-up that is included, in my opinion. I'll try them again next year, but if I encounter the same problems, probably not again.
