We Love This Place!!!

This place is great and just what you need after a long bike ride on the NCR Trail.
Nice healthy food to power up or just take a nice relaxing break! It's a nice hidden treasure for my husband and I. Great little Gem.

Great selection of supplements and healthy foods

I have been shopping at The Natural for many years and have always been impressed by the selection of high-quality supplements that have helped a number of my health conditions. I have also enjoyed a number of the healthy foods for sale, and generally come away with something new every time!

great food

I love Steve and Pete and their mom's food. I have loved it at Monkton
Village market and love it at the Natural I highly recommend it to everyone.

Be sure to try the raw food (chili was awesome) and the best baklava I have ever tasted (and I have Greek friends.)

Yummmmy!

This place is yum. my. I am not a total vegetarian but I could not stop going by there to get a sun burger when I worked and lived nearby. they have smoothies and other yumminess. I don't live near there anymore so that is why I am reviewing it to try to share it with people that CAN go. I wish I could. I miss it. They said they might start a home delivery service for yumy vegetarian meals. Maybe they will come to me. i could use that goodness coming right to my door
