Chicago greenies: when oh when can we visit a truly organic and sustainable spa and salon? I know I am not the only woman who desires to find this special place, yet wants the experience to be organic and sustainable, non-toxic and recycled, good for us and the earth. Imagine a small local business, operating out of a LEED space, using local organic products, offering you a cup of delicious organic herbal tea, maybe a respite in their courtyard garden, away from the noise of the streets, soothing, invigorating, relaxing and serene. Perhaps they'd also have an adjoining yoga studio, or store, or cafe. I cannot wait to get my first organic massage, manicure and pedicure, can you?
