An unfiltered, organic dietary supplement, grapefruit seed extract is a must-have. It's extremely potent for building up an immunity to practically anything that will get you sick. I highly recommend taking it with you whenever you travel, especially overseas, as mixing it into juice in the mornings will greatly lessen the likelihood of your getting sick. It's antiviral, anti fungal, and anti microbial. It tastes like the potent distillation of a grapefruit, very strong. It's not very pleasant, being exceptionally bitter and somewhat sour. Places like half a dozen drops into your orange juice or mix with an Emergency. It also works well in tea or in water. And it helps fight candida. The grapefruit is a miracle of a fruit.

Grapefruit Seed Extract

This stuff is amazing. It's in a white container with red writing on it, you can't miss it in a health food store. A one year supply will cost you about 5 bucks. I took this with me to India, and every time I felt I had eaten something bad and had intestinal pain, I took about 10 drops in water 3 times a day...cured me every time. I had Giardia one summer, and my doctor prescribed Flagyl (nasty stuff, check out the side effects!), and I tossed the drugs and went for the GSE - I was better in about a week. Leading hospitals around the country are now using GSE to clean their operating rooms INSTEAD OF BLEACH, because they have discovered that GSE kills more bacteria and virus, and germs are the scurge of hospitals. Pick up a container, and keep it with you, you won't be sorry.
