Best Beer Selection Anywhere!

If you always thought Belgian beers were "frou frou" or thought you didn't like beer -- I've got a place that will strike down those preconceptions like you were Saul on the road to Damascus.

The Trappist serves a huge selection of amazing beers -- and none of them are from big corporate companies. All the beers should be vegan since Belgian ale is unfiltered -- in fact, I contacted all the makers for the ales currently on tap and was told that they are all vegan. One Belgian company rep even told me, "Our product is pure beer."

If you don't know what kind of beer to choose, the staff are friendly and helpful. The list of bottled beers rivals any wine list I've seen in a good restaurant. The tavern is small but well organized, great lighting and a very nice place to have a sit and share a beer with a friend. You won't find the PBR & hot dogs crowd here, but you won't find the snobby elitists here either -- just smart people who are interested in something really good.

Hard to beat a good Belgian beer.
