Have you ever wanted someone to cook for you on a weekly basis without having to hire an expensive personal chef? These people do it! It's organic, locally sourced, nutrient dense (meaning REAL food--everything from scratch, never any processed ingredients). They post a menu each Thursday from which you can order, then you pick it up the following Wed (5pm-7pm) or Thurs (10am-12pm) from their kitchen in Berkeley. If you'd rather have it delivered, they can arrange that too through Planet Organics. This is a great way to eat more healthy foods on a regular basis, especially if you don't have much time to cook for yourself. It's like getting great food from a great cook in your family every week. It is a community-based kitchen, and they also offer educational lectures as well as great volunteer opportunities. If you love good food, check them out! Your palate and your body will thank you.
