BEWARE

I found The Total Health Institute online and I thought it would be a great place to get a colonic. Well maybe it would have been had they actually confirmed the appointment I made on May 6, 2009 which was scheduled for May 19, 2009. I was told I had to pay the fee in advance. I was also told they did not know the technician's schedule that far in advance and she would not come in for my one appointment only so they would call and let me know. I never received a follow up call. After several attempts to contact them I was finally told by Linda they will get back to me. Linda was EXTREMELY RUDE when I was trying to explain the situation. Only after I got abrubt with her did she listen. If they do not get back to me and reschedule my appointment or return my money I am most definately suing. If others also have complaints there may be a class action suit. These people are rude, unethical, and not at all people you want to do business with.

Total Health Institute

Situated on a beautiful property in Wheaton, IL, the Total Health Institute (THI) is an invaluable complementary and alternative health resource incorporating facets of mind, body, and spirit. Since discovering this mecca about 5 years ago, I have been healed of psoriasis, motor coordination imbalance, allergies, bowel challenges, and depression. But even more importantly, I have greater peace and deeper walk with God, strengthening me to cope with life's inevitable challenges on a moment by moment basis. I have found the quality of the therapies, classes, and products offered by the THI, along with the environment, teaching materials, and integrity of the founders to be excellent beyond comparison. I truly believe the THI to be a God-inspired place.
