Tasty hummus and avocado wrap

Ok, So I am reviewing the hummus that I consume on a daily basis (yes, daily) this delicious, organic, low-fat and inexpensive hummus has become famous among my friends and family as well. You can use this hummus, which has a slight garlic flavor, but not too much garlic, to replace any kind of condiment in the house (maybe not maple syrup). I love to smear some on a spinach wrap tortilla (Trader Joe's), toss some organic spinach or salad mix, diced organic hass avocado and a pinch of sea salt and roll it up and mmmmmmmmm. I CRAVE this! I't so refreshing on a hot day and full of good stuff. Please try it! You can get all of the ingredients I've listed from Trader Joe's!

TJ's hummus is convenient & tasty

When I can't get to another store for Haig's (they make the best spicy hummus), or find myself in TJ's for last minute party shopping, I'll grab TJ's hummus. Their spicy hummus is convenient and tasty - I just wish I could ladle some into my own re-used plastic container!

sometimes a great notion

I love making my own hummus, but it can be a little time consuming when I'm super-busy. You know, boiling the garbanzos, deflowering the garlic, gunning the R2. So every once in a while, perhaps more often than I'm willing to admit, I pick up a thing of Trader Joe's hummus for like $3, and have hummus for a week, or sometimes a couple of days. I especially like the spicy version, which isn't that spicy, by the way. The price is very low and well worth it. You can find other hummuses at Whole Foods, for example, that run for like $5 and may be better in quality but twice the price. I find it difficult to shill out $5 for a condiment that will last me a couple days and that's why I choose TJ's hummus. I love lathering my salt and pepper Kettle chips with TJ's hummus!
