Wonderful Experience with Trees for a Change

For my son's first birthday we asked our party guests to donate a tree in his honor rather than bring a gift. Trees for a Change made it easy for our guests to do so. As the party approached we were kept updated on the status of his orders and we just received a beautiful certificate and card (printed on high quality recycled paper) to commemorate his birthday. In all, 26 trees were planted! Our friends and family were thrilled to participate in the tree donations and we were extremely satisfied with our Trees for a Change experience.

Delightful gift that serves a geater puropse

Thanks to Trees For A Change I was able to give my 90 year old mother a unique gift that pleased her no end. She was a hiker and nature lover her entire life and very much appreciated a tree in her name. For me it was a way to stay connected to her long after we are both gone from this earth. It that tree we will always be together.

I give it 5 stars and even more if I could!

I have both given and received trees from Trees For A Change. The service is environmentally conscious in its products, from the trees planted to the recycled paper used for the elegant, yet simple, gift cards. The recipients of my gifts have been delighted to know there are trees being planted in their or their loved ones' names. I have also found Trees For A Change to be very efficient and reliable. This is a great way to give gifts that are healthy and lasting.

Simple, Tasteful, Authentic

I received a Trees for a Change planting/certificate as a gift and will now use this company for my own gift giving. It is much more genuine and planet friendly than a store gift card. It conveys a tasteful, happy, healthy feeling, without the potential controversy of a charity donation gift (we all know folks with varying opinions and ideals!). Charming and authentic. Thank you.

Trees for a GOOD change

I found an advertisement at my local, progressive coffeeshop. It was a brochure for a company that will plant a tree in a your name (or someone else's name) for a reasonable fee. This helps us compensate for the pollution created by our driving a car or anyone else driving a car, among other things! TREES for A CHANGE allows us to lighten the infamous carbon footprint that all of us leave in one way or another. The gift can be a mere card informing the person of your gift or a person can have a handsome framed document, inscribed with their name and/or your recipient's name, for a higher price. This makes a LOVELY, relevant, very GREEN gift for oneself, a friend, or for the WORLD! Naturally, the gift is printed on recycled paper! I have purchased a framed document for myself (which I proudly hang in my classroom for my students to see) and I have purchased just the cards as Christmas gifts this year. The prices are better than reasonable and the quality and workmanship of the document is superb--in other words, WORTHY of framing, and the feeling that goes with buying something RELEVANT and useful, that will last for maybe 200 years or more, is gratifying. I love this service, by TREES FOR CHANGE and I am going to use it a whole lot more for next Christmas because the gift is MEANINGFUL and the opposite of the foolish waste our consumerist culture propagates.
