Trinity Brewing Company
Trinity Brewing Company is offering an inovative way to drink and dine in Colorado Springs. Their brews are fresh and unique, they offer local Trinity beers as well as beers from the world. The food reminds me of being in Europe. Cheese plates, belgian fries, soup, and French bread adorn the menu and leave you feeling full and gracious that many local ingredients were sourced. The environment is rustic and green with cloth napkins, a recycle and compost bin, and compostable cups for water. The service is friendly, laidback, and fun. It does get a little loud and crowded now and then,so you may have to wait for a seat, but the view of Pikes Peak from the patio is one of a kind!
