Two Small Farms is a collaboration between High Ground Organics and Mariquita Farm in Watsonville and Hollister. They grow organic specialty vegetables, greens, strawberries, flowers, and herbs for CSA members.
Address San Francisco, CA 95077 831-786-0625I've been receiving Two Small Farms' weekly box of produce along with a bouquet of flowers for a month now. I have talked with employees there a couple of times on the phone and a couple of times by email -- I love how small the operation is and how friendly and helpful the staff are.
Anyway -- the veggies are fresh and tasty, the flowers beautiful and long-lasting, the strawberries more delicious than any I've ever had (and I'm originally from the nation's strawberry belt!), and the price very affordable. For my one month trial, I pay $30 a week for a massive box of produce, + $10/week for the flowers.
Unfortunately, I live in the Marina (don't judge me! you wouldn't pass up the deal either!) ... and they don't have any pickups near me. So it's a bit of a haul for me to get my food and flowers every week. I guess Marina people don't support CSAs?? No idea.
