perfect custom massage

I got a wonderful massage today at Unravel Therapeutics. Both my mind and body were feeling stressed from work primarily - I have developped a bad habit of working on my computer when sitting on the floor and my desk/chair set up at work is not right. Anyway, what I loved about my massage today is that it was perfectly tailored to my needs. Tony, my massage therapist really listened to my issues and focused on these areas while explaning exactly what he was doing so I would be comfortable and prepared. I felt much more aligned both mentally and physically after my massage. The price for a full hour is $70 and it was worth it. Unravel also has a great little retail store, with natural skin care products (make your own lotions, scrubs), wellness books and other products. I am going to go back to yoga to help maintain the way I feel after a good massage.
