Organic oils are the best!

Spectrum unrefined sesame oil has a great flavor - it works well in dressings and imparts a nice rich nutty taste to dishes. I like to blend raw macadamias, a tiny bit of red pepper, soy, sugar and sesame oil together to toss with soba noodles, toasted sesame seeds, and finely minced green onions or scallions for a nice light dinner in warm weather.

unrefined sesame oil for refined tastes

Once again, it's difficult to find Spectrum products that aren't high in quality. I'm curious if they've lost any of their quality over the years now that they're such a large corporate brand in the natural foods world. This sesame oil is not organic, though I think you can get it organic for a significantly marked up price. This product is expeller pressed, unrefined, and rich. It's best when used at a low to medium heat, and gives off a nutty aroma.
