There is no substitute for time, talent and experience...

As a prior owner/manager of an adobe manufacturing yard, I have seen the advantages and growth of passive solar conceptual developments and the sustainable relationship with the wisdom of the old Adoberos, now married with the modern "green" sense, that is long overdue for our planet and her continued quality of life for people of all walks.This mindset is not something that came of any profit minded motives or an ego to be gratified by opportunistic endeavors to lead the Green parade seen now as a result of past disregard for our environment and our Planet.

The greed and power behind building quick traditional cookie cutter wood and plaster homes ignored the welfare of the environment and our Planet. Their lobbyist made ecological building and planet sustaining growth and practices almost impossible. The driving force behind this generic and energy inefficient building trend was first and foremost, profit.

What I see in UrbanEcos-Erica Enyart LLC, is nothing less that a sustained original committment to genuine quality and honesty in building homes that care for the people who live there, as much as the people care for the home. This is not a company or a person who jumped on the proverbial green wagon yesterday because they saw an opportunity to make money.

UrbanEcos-Erica Enyart LLC has been ahead of the ecological sustainability curve for over 30 years. They have been thinking sustainable practices and building green since the first project house in 1978. You get what you pay for, and for my money, I would not pay for anything but the best based on time in the business, talent for design and experience in the execution of that design.
