Acupuncture really does work!

Pretty much all of my life I've suffered from sinus problems. Up until about a year ago, every time I'd get that stuffy, head-achey sinus cold or infection, I'd call my doctor to get antibiotics and the strongest decongestant possible so I could get back to my busy life. Last year, a coworker recommended trying acupuncture to treat my sinus issues. Upon her recommendation, I visited the Valencia Healing Arts Center and met with Alicia, an acupuncturist who explained to me the hazards of quick fix drug treatments and how I could more healthily and effectively treat my sinus problems with acupuncture and lifestyle changes. After about an hour of the treatment, I left her office and within 24 hours my sinuses were clear! I couldn't believe it - and this lasted for a few months until I caught something again when I was over doing it again with work and life... I recommend trying acupuncture if you haven't and need to go back for another visit myself.
