Silk Vanilla Soy Milk
I have decided that I want to help the environment. So, I have been trying to find more ways to incorporate these "green" things into my life. Today, for the very first time in my life, I tried soy milk. I expected it to taste bitter or just plain odd, but I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I got home from the grocery store, I poured a glass and it was delightful! Who knew that, along with all of the great health benefits, it would also taste so good?! I give it two thumbs up! Maybe next week I'll try the chocolate. It is just a little more expensive than regular milk, but it's well worth it!

I like Vanilla Soy Milk on Cereal
I started drinking soy milk because of its health benefits. I find it a little watered-down tasting for just drinking alone. I like the vanilla flavored on cereal because it adds a little sweetness. It's also great as a morning snack.

tastes better than milk!
I used to be hesitant to drink soy milk plain - I thought that it tasted strange. But now I've been using soy milk instead of dairy for about a year and the other day I used dairy on my cereal because I was out of soy milk and it tasted awful. I went out to the store to buy soy milk right away. I give it a full thumbs up!

Soy a good substitute for dairy for PMS sufferers
Nearly two years ago, I switched from dairy to soy on a doctor's assistant's suggestion. The change has been incredible: I've had less PMS-induced mood difficulties, and have found that I feel better physically, too. What a difference!

Silk soy milk is better than cow's milk
Silk brand soy milk has changed the way my wife and I approach our milk needs. Between the two of us, we drank an average of 2.5 gallons of milk (skim) each week. After we read about health concerns, cholesterol, treatment of cows, etc., we decided to make the switch to soy-based milk. Silk soy milk is the best soy milk I have ever had, and I couldn't imagine going back to cow's milk. Ever.

Vanilla Soy Milk
Silk's Vanilla Soy milk is a quality product. It's taste is neither too sweet nor "chalky," a problem I have experienced with other brands of soy milk. It's also not too thick, as I have found with other brands as well. It's also a good source of protein.

what about GMO's?!
I like Silk's products, and their broad availability - however, while I can choose an Organic variety, they give no information on whether they use genetically modified soy. I've inquired at my local natural food store, and they've said - Silk is 'non GMO', and perhaps it's implied in 'organic' - but it would be helpful to know for certain (like - on the package for example!)
