Effective Veg Multivitamin/mineral

Say what you will about supplements and vitamins -- I will continue to take them anyway! The key is not to overdose -- because you'll basically be throwing away your investment in the toilet. Schiff has created a relatively inexpensive multivitamin/mineral supplement for vegetarians. Two tablets a day -- instead of two tablets three times a day like some supplements -- and it's not overloading you with too many ingredients: A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, Folic acid, B12, Pantothenic acid, calcium, iron and potassium.

As a vegan, I still take an additional calcium/magnesium supplement, a 3-6-9 formula, and some hair/nails type of supplements but it seems to work for me. The Schiff multiple is my "go to" when I am eating well and don't want to take a handful of vitamins.
