Great tool to use when considering a new home!
This site is such a great tool. When you are considering a new home just type in the address and it rates the walkability of your home. I used this site as a realtor when working with clients, it's great to see all the places that you can walk to!

How Does Your Community Rank for Walkability?
Mine town ranks among the worst, with 9 out of a possible 100 points. I am car dependent for most everything I need. Next place I live will be based on my ability to walk or ride a bike. To use Walk Score to get your ranking, simply type in your street address, city and state.
