The detailing made a huge difference from how the car looked when I brought it in. Plus, I was very happy to find a "green" alternative to the standard car wash and detailing.

Overall, not a very good service to vehicles. The I-Go cars are almost always dirty on the exterior and the interior is always filthy with trash and pet hair.
I used this service for one of my personal vehicles at 8 W. Monroe St, and was terribly disappointed at the level of service and professionalism. Next time I will secure the services of a reputable car wash facility.
