Mary's Gone Crackers are a very tasty treat -- they are wheat-free, gluten-free and organic. I like the Black Pepper cracker the best -- it's got a sort of sweet and peppery flavor, reminding me of those odd (non-organic) crackers you can find in a Japanese grocery store. The crackers are excellent with hummus or sprouted nut hummus -- and you'll find you can't keep your hand out of the bag.
The only downside is that they are packaged in a weird shiny cellophane wrapper with a tray inside a cardboard box. The plastics aren't really recyclable -- so that makes it hard for me to break down and buy them too often. I'd like to see the crackers at least available in larger quantities to lessen the impact of the packaging.

Simply put, I've been eating Mary's Gone Crackers crackers, and love them. They are free of just about everything allergen, but good tasting. Really, they taste great, and the product line offers a terrific variety. To me, they are every bite gourmet in flavor, quality and texture. I most recently enjoyed the herb cracker as an appetizer topped with a creamy chicken and caper dip. You'll go crackers too, once you've tasted Mary's Gone Crackers!

I've never had to seek out gluten free products but if I ever do I'm happy to know about Mary's Gone Crackers - the crunchiest most fun and delicious crackers I've ever had. Full of flax seeds and based on brown rice, they're thin and so crunchy it almost hurts your ears. The con is they're pretty expensive - $3.50-4 per box. But worth it - to eat plain, with cheese, or PB.

One of my favorite snacks...and it's Healthy!!!
Don't worry it tastes fabulous and you will love it as well. This cracker has healthy ingredients and is low in fat and calories... you can have 15 crackers for 120 calories. I like to dip them into a smoked trout spread and serve them at wine parties. Try them! I buy mine at Whole Foods Market - along with "rushing waters trout spread" yum!

I love this cracker. It's great with the usual cheese or dip but it's really great nude too. And the benefits, it doesn't have any flour or sugar.
