Green&Black make the creamiest and smoothest chocolate on the market. I love how it's not too sugary sweet; it's mellow and has more character than other white chocolate I've tried. Maybe it's the vanilla. Maybe it's knowing that Green&Black are committed to fair trade. Maybe it's because it's lovingly made.
