You must try their produce and discover the incredible difference in flavor of real organically grown! Situated in Southeastern Connecticut on 100 acres of lovely New England landscape, it is a great destination for shopping at their farm stand, visiting the animals and seeing a small family farm that above all values the health of its customers and the environment. The farm stand features fresh seasonal organic produce as well as eggs, frozen Cornish hens and other specialty items such as local honey and organic coffee roasted at Ashlawn Farm. Bring the whole family; visitors are invited to explore the farm. They often have baby chicks to observe in the barn brooding room, as well as laying hens and turkeys in the pasture. In the spring we post a flag at the pond edge for prime tadpole viewing. They also supply local restaurants with produce and seasonal flowers and produce can be found year-round Shop Rite supermarket in New London.
