I want to give MAD PROPS toWhole Foods, especially the Sebastopol store. Whole Foods is currently composting all of its produce and deli waste. That's amazing. Along with a lot of support for local farmers, they also pay their employees well (11.25 minimum wage). They continue to support these guys...
