Chewy, yummy, organic and unique
This bread is an experience in its own. Super chewy, high-fiber seed bread. I love it. High fiber prevents constipation, lowers cholesterol and promotes weight loss management, but this stuff tastes good too! I just checked the website and this stuff is organic too! This products is also great for people with wheat allergies. My friend couldn't eat wheat and he would go through a loaf of this stuff by himself in half a week. We referred to it as "brick bread." Love this stuff. If it were made locally, it would be perfect.

Rugelschlage (sp?) German Whole Rye
this "bread" is awesome, healthful, and very filling.
it is the perfect summer snack with cream cheese, parmesan, or any cheese, plus trader arugula on top.
it has a dense, interesting texture that probably burns more calories to chew than the bread itself has. a truly hearty foodstuff.

The perfect open faced sandwich bread
For years I've been eating the dense flat German bread that comes wrapped in cellophane. It's got to be one of the chewiest breads you can imagine, and it's about 1/8" thick. My favorite lunch is to melt cheese and tomatoes on a slice of this bread, whether the sunflower or the whole rye bread. Toast it and you'll be in chewy healthy heaven.
