DON'T TAKE IT AWAY!!!!
I know whole foods bought out wild oats but I hope that they don't take it away. It is perfect for south Evanston residents who want to walk to the natural foods grocery store. Also, N Rogers park residences like to take the El as it is not too far from the Main El Stop. They have great prices and wonderful health and beauty section. They have great sales too. I would be so disappointed if Whole Foods closes it down!!!

Loving my local Market
I love Wild Oats b/c is it in the neighborhood, so I can walk to it. Their sushi rocks. Very tasty and reasonably priced. I also love the variety of organic and healthy products they carry; esp Dr. Bonner's soap. I also like Amy's brand items which are very tasty. I recently had to change my diet to due hight blood pressure. I switched to soy dream ice cream and now I am hooked. I live on butter pecan. Changing my diet has helped me develop a new respect for healthy eating and organic foods. Thank you Wild Oats for helping me lose weight and live longer. After hearing of whole foods buying them out a lot of people were very devastated about the fate of the store. I hope they can continue to be a part of the community.

Great place to shop
Evanston wild oats is a great place to shop and has many choices from green groceries to cleaning products at a discount. I love the breads they bake and the organic wines they sell.

Great Store . . . Don't Take It Away!!!!!
I often walk to this great little neighborhood store. I use it for everything from from weekly grocery shopping to putting together X-mas gift baskets to making quick stops for movie snacks to grabbing a quick lunch at the deli. I'm even an investor! I'm hoping it will survive the Whole Foods merger.

Wild Oats on Chicago is Awesome!
I frequently go to Wild Oats on Chicago Ave. It is very convenient and has a wide variety of organic produce. My favorite part is their wide selection of exotic beers from all over the world. I highly recommend checking them out the next time you are in Evanston.
