Best yoga studio in the Bay

Great things aboug Yoga Sangha:
Price is better than most other yoga studios.
Teachers are exceptional- especially Katchie Ananda.
The location is perfect- right across from BART and a parking lot less than a block away.
The space is gorgeous- bamboo floors, natural light, plants. Probably the nicest yoga space I've seen!
The philosophy is green green green. The owners pride themselves on being a green business and probably were one of the first studios to become a green studio. They also have an activist oriented philosophy and are just as interested in people doing "karma" yoga (taking action to better the world) than they are in "hatha" yoga (on the yoga mat).

I heard that Yoga Kula is taking over in January, but the teachers will be the same and the awesome activist oriented philosophy won't change.

Anusara Yoga in the heart of San Franciso's Mission District

Spectacular space in the Mission district of San Francisco. You'd never believe it looking at the street and general location. But step inside and....wow....it's just beautiful. Exceptional teachers. Deep commitment to environmental activism. Spiritual Activation Series.
