Delivers consistent quality

One of my co-workers once posited the question, "Why is yoga more green than running?" It made me think. I don't think that yoga is more green than any other physical activity (and may be less green if you are buying pvc yoga mats or nylon Lulu Lemon yoga clothes), but I do believe that sustaining yourself lends well to sustaining the health of one's community and planet. I took a long time to find the right studio, and this is my studio. I take Ashtanga Yoga with Elise Lorimer. Her workouts are invigorating and her comments are spiritual and sincere. I use my time at yoga to be alone and unbind the knots the work week has tied into my back.
