Best way to rehydrate

No better way to rehydrate. I run 17 miles every day and cramp up on occasion. Since drinking this stuff, I have yet to cramp, and have not felt dehydrated. Love it! It would be nice if they offered it at more stores, however the search is worth it. I recommend the Mango flavor.

coconut water that made me think...

I had read some coconut milk reviews on here and wanted to try some so was happy when I saw this at my favorite local, organic sandwich place (Boxed Foods). The coconut flavor was light and I could taste the passion fruit and orange essence - very refreshing. I read that coconut water, especially this brand, is full of potassium and includes 4 additional essential electrolytes (sodium, magnesium, and calcium phosphorus) so it 's a great natural alternative to those artificially colored sports drinks. Unfortunately, they have to ship these from Brazil, but I thought it was an interesting effort at a green product - especially if you like coconuts! But, I think I will try to drink drinks that contain locally sourced fruits to be more green.
