I can't believe with all this extra packaging, someone thought it was environmentally friendly? Not only is there a ton of packaging, but imagine all the environmental impact of creating the product. A big factory, machines, printing, product waste - the list goes on. I would have to say that this doesn't come up as environmentally friendly in my book. Mixing up some home made waffles and pancakes seems a ot healthier. If you're looking for extra flavor, try a squeeze of fresh orange and a scrape of vanilla.
