Jenn,
Don't know if this is a recent addition to the range but our local Jimbos had a Soy Free version made with coconut milk. That is the one we got (chocolate) and it is great.
Cris,
It almost sounds too good to be true doesn't it! I was pleased to find this at Jimbo's recently because I had never seen Xylitol readily available at retail. To me it tastes the most like sugar of all the sweetners, artificial and natural. I do find that I have to use a little more than I would of sugar or Splenda. Still haven't seen the individual packets - those would come in handy!
I guess I should do a bit more research on the common ingredients in food. I didn't realize lethicin was soy industrial leftovers. Is it as bad as it sounds?
Oops .. I meant plastic bags. Guess it was a Freudian slip! ;o)
Jenn,
Very interesting facts! I doubt that many people associate the plastic bads with barrels of oil. Wonder what it would do to the gas price if that much oil was suddenly available and not being used to make plastic bags. Stores in South Africa started charging a few cents for each plastic bag - I think if we did that here it would be a big incentive for people to start bringing re-usable bags. At least these days re-usable bags are easy to find - almost large grocery store has them near the checkout.
